The Symphony Model is not just about optimising building performance, it’s about redefining how facilities management operates. L&G’s Symphony Model's success was driven by the integration of technologies like Demand Logic and Concerto into the day-to-day operation of properties at all levels. Demand Logic provides real-time data intelligence, enabling proactive maintenance and energy efficiency improvements. Concerto streamlines insight discovery and job creation, making performance data accessible to over 238 users from 10 organisations.
This technology-driven approach created a unified platform for Property & Facilities Managers, Technical Consultants (including Hoare Lea and Hilson Moran, and M&E service providers (including NG Bailey, Platinum and Cambridge Maintenance), ensuring optimal outcomes for occupiers.
