Demand Logic celebrates four shortlistings in UK PropTech Awards 2024

Demand Logic, the leading building optimisation platform, has been recognised with four shortlistings in the UK PropTech Awards 2024. The nominations span across two major individual categories, Data Utilisation & Enrichment and Decarbonising the Built Environment, as well as two collaborative categories alongside prominent clients: Data Excellence with Helix, a Hines company, and ESG Collaboration of the Year with Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM).

Now in its seventh year, the UK PropTech Awards celebrate innovators who are spearheading a more sustainable, technology-driven, and customer-centric future in the property industry. The awards highlight the impactful contributions of companies and individuals striving to solve critical challenges within the Real Estate sector through pioneering technology and innovative solutions.

Collaboration categories with clients:

  • ESG Collaboration of the Year with Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM)
    The ESG Collaboration award recognises impactful partnerships between property organisations and PropTech companies that are advancing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives. This category celebrates collaborative endeavours that showcase a commitment to sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance through innovative PropTech solutions.
  • Data Excellence Award with Helix, a Hines Company
    The Data Excellence award celebrates collaborative achievements where property and PropTech organisations leverage data to foster innovation and strategic advancements. This award acknowledges partnerships that excel in data collection, analysis, and application, resulting in improved business outcomes and the creation of new industry value.

The winners of the UK PropTech Awards 2024 will be announced at the upcoming ceremony on 28th November, where leading figures in the industry will gather to celebrate the outstanding contributions and advancements within the sector.
