Demand Logic has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Use of Data (PropTech)’ category at this year’s UK Proptech Awards, which takes place at the Amazing Grace London on 22nd November 2023. The UK PropTech Awards are highlighting the companies and individuals who are striving to drive digital change across the real estate industry and showcasing innovation that is disrupting the sector.

The award category recognises organisations that have developed a clear data strategy within their product and have helped organisations to actively use data gathered through their systems to improve decision making and effective transformation within the business. Demand Logic has demonstrated this with their market-leading solution that provides live data intelligence into building operations, helping clients to save energy and costs, maximise comfort for occupants, increase maintenance efficiency and extend asset lifespan.
