Richard Britcliffe joins Demand Logic as Business Development Manager
Demand Logic is delighted to welcome Richard Britcliffe into our ever expanding team as Business Development Manager. He will be supporting business growth, using his passion and expertise in facilities management, PropTech, sustainability and condition-based maintenance to ensure partners achieve their goals with the organisation’s market-leading software.
After receiving his degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, Richard decided to move into sales. He spent just over six years selling to facilities management service providers before joining CBRE Global Workplace Solutions as a Business Development Manager, where he has been for the last four and a half years selling multi-million-pound commercial facilities management and maintenance contracts. Richard made the move to Demand Logic having been impressed with their unique, high-performing analytical software and confident in the businesses success when one of their clients, Grosvenor Group, became an investor.
Richard believes that everyone must collectively make changes to help achieve climate goals and he wants to see the world embrace the challenge. By 2030, he would like businesses, that have the resources, to have achieved net zero and for others to have started their own journeys, whilst hitting and exceeding their own targets.
