Demand Logic has relocated its London headquarters to the Hickman Building at Aldgate East within the Runway East shared office space, marking the PropTech organisation’s move into central London. Known as the world's first SmartScore Platinum-rated building, the Hickman Building is a Great Portland Estates property, a key partner for Demand Logic. This comes at a time when the organisation is growing at pace and with several partners based in London, being in the heart of the city will allow the organisation to more easily build their portfolio.
Amid a creative co-working space, Runway East occupies three floors in the building with Demand Logic operating from a fantastic office overlooking the nearby park. Aldgate East is considered one of the up-and-coming tech and scaleup hotspots, and Demand Logic will have a number of other exciting startups as neighbours in their new home.
Mike Darby, CEO of Demand Logic, said:
“This is an exciting time for Demand Logic as we announce new additions to the team, new partnerships and now a new home. This move puts us in the centre of the action, as well as supporting our own sustainability goals, as we help the built environment to take steps towards their climate goals through actionable insight. With the building possessing impressive credentials in sustainable design, we felt that it was the ideal fit for Demand Logic and we can’t wait to start the next stage of our journey.”
