Demand Logic further extends partnership with Legal & General Investment Management

We are delighted to announce that we have further extended our key partnership with Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), deploying our market-leading data analytics platform across four more properties within the LGIM portfolio. Demand Logic will now be providing award-winning services to support LGIM and their partners' collaborative approach to Asset Management at Hodge House in Cardiff, Goldsworth Place in Woking, 110 Fetter Lane and 210 High Holborn in London. In addition to our Building Analytics platform, we have also introduced our IAQ monitoring to further enhance the spaces for LGIM and their occupiers.

Hodge House is a headquarters building of exceptional character located on St Mary Street, providing 110,000 sq ft of high-quality office accommodation. The building has synthesised its rich history with its capability to meet the demand of modern office occupiers. Unique period features have been restored and enhanced with finishes, fixtures and fittings sensitive to the historical context.

Goldsworth Place is a 73,000 sq ft signature building that has been comprehensively refurbished, offering some of the highest-end office space in the heart of Woking. Combining design and innovation to create working environments that inspire and excite with large open floor plates and natural light to provide uplifting, stimulating workspaces.

110 Fetter Lane, also known as the Rolls Building, is a 300,000 sq ft building that has been designed to provide the most sustainable and efficient environment. The design minimises energy consumption - and carbon emissions - through a range of proven technologies in both its construction and operation.

210 High Holborn is a 25,000 sq ft period building, gearing up for the future of work. The building has been refurbished to offer a 'plug and play' system within an upgraded contemporary office environment.

William Hulls, Head of Strategic Partnerships of Demand Logic, said:

“We are seeing a real focus on asset management teams and how they are looking to achieve their net-zero targets. Continuing to support LGIM and their partners across their portfolio comes to show that our key partners understand the true value in the data that we provide, helping them optimise their buildings as well as reducing their operating costs.”
