UKGBC and industry experts recommend Demand Logic as a solution for net-zero carbon in real estate
The UK Green Building Council (UKGBC) and industry experts have selected Demand Logic as a solution for reducing operational carbon in real estate. This follows a consultation in 2020 with industry experts who identified two challenges that need to be addressed by real estate companies:
- How can a building owner improve their existing buildings, with as little physical intervention as possible, to achieve net zero operational carbon by 2030?
- How can office owners and occupiers improve the connection between live building occupancy and the control of building services, to reduce operational energy consumption?
Demand Logic was selected alongside seven other companies who can evidence actively addressing one or more of these challenges with clear results. The UKGBC hopes that the solutions presented help inspire further innovation and action to reduce the operational carbon of our built environment.
