- Demand Logic beats of fierce competition to be awarded Building Tech of the Year

- New award adds to recent EG Techtalk academy win
Today, Friday 1st December, Demand Logic triumphed at the businessGreen Tech Awards by walking off with the coveted prize, Building Tech of the Year. The awards event, which took place in London, celebrates the brightest and boldest entrepreneurs, engineers, innovators and investors from across the green technology sector.
Demand Logic were recognised for their innovative ‘digital retrofit’ platform that provides real-time operational data to prioritise actions which fix faults, reduce energy use and improve comfort in commercial properties. Their software tool allows for swift acquisition and visualisation of an entire commercial building’s terminal unit functionality and performance level. The judges were impressed with the results, performance and simplicity of their technology and stated:
“In another highly competitive category, the judges wanted to reward Demand Logic for its proven track record optimising building's environmental performance and the impressive environmental and financial ROI delivered by its 'digital retrofits’.”

A recent Innovate UK film showcases a series of customer case studies with Landsec, TH Real Estate and The Crown Estate explaining how Demand Logic’s ‘fitbit’ for buildings delivers each time. Demand Logic are previous Ashden Award winners and last month, scooped the inaugural EG Techtalk Academy Awards.
