Avison Young partnered with Demand Logic to digitise Brindleyplace's operational data, focusing on the systems and equipment responsible for operational carbon emissions and delivering conditioned air to occupants.
Demand Logic was implemented in Senator House, a newly constructed 110,000 sq ft office building at 85 Queen Victoria Street in London, to identify efficiencies following on from Practical Completion of the property.
Demand Logic provided One Colmore Square with meter & circuit level energy monitoring. Demand Logic's platform presented live usage as well as half-hour, daily, monthly & annual consumption of each energy-using equipment.
At Grosvenor Estate, where Demand Logic have been monitoring five such buildings for over 18 months, there was a shared desire to increase the scope to cover smaller buildings.
Demand Logic installed full IAQ monitoring in Savannah House to analyse and monitor CO2 and VOC levels. From the analysis, client teams were able to focus resources on rectification.
